Welcome! I am one of the mentors for STEPcode. You will also need help
from some BRL-CAD mentors for the STEP exporter project. The first things
to do are to go to the website http://brlcad.org/wiki/Google_Summer_of_Code
and work through the checklist and guidelines. For this project, you will
need to build both BRL-CAD and STEPcode. The STEPcode AP203min example,
and the existing BRL-CAD STEP importer would be good places to see how to
use the library in code. The OpenVSP exporter would also be a good
example.
