This is in response to the GNUlib message at <https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnulib/2026-06/msg00003.html>. I visited the manual to see what it had to say about AI, Agents and LLMs. The section has not yet been written. Quite disapointing that GNU maintainers are encouraging others to destroy the planet. That is a greater harm than non-free software, so this is whammy ... I think the time has come: the GNU Coding Standards should include a section on AI, Agents and LLMs. The GNU organization should provide a policy statement, and should provide operational details, like where Agentic skills and LLM prompts should reside in the directory structure (assuming GNU approves the use of AI). There is such work going on.
