We are working on a policy of when it is legally acceptable to use
source code generated by LLMs.  However, the widely used LLMs are
unjust (they are SaaSS; see
https://gnu.org/philosophy/who-does-that-server-really-serve.html).
We cannot endorse a program which tells people to use an LLM if they
want to change it.  So released programs should be written to
help humans maintain them.
