Does anyone know how to create a usb com port in windows 8.1?I recently bought a signallink usb.HRD indicates radio not connected and the com port is not found in device manager.I assume that I would have to create a com port but dont know the steps to do so.Any info would be appreciated.73s de AA5OA.
