I like it. Another benefit is it differentiates between the dial-up
account and the email account. So, they can make their email password
something easy to remember, or change it whenever they like, but leave
alone their complex @stlouis.missouri.org password that was assigned
with their dial-up account, and that is configured in kppp ...
currently, if they change their email password, they'll need to modify
their kppp configuration as well, as it's set to store password.
Otherwise, we'll be getting more "my computer won't go online" tech
support calls.
