I would suggest that attempting to provide a smaller memory footprint is probably out of scope for this particular phase. Doing so would likely involve restructuring the media boot process, which seems a bit much to expect given the starting point of the team and the time allotted. Bonus points if they want to take it on, but we'd be happy with one that ran reliably in the current 512 MB. Dave
