The existing GUI installer is installing from media.  If we decided that 
we want to go for the similar install experience,
I imagine the text installer would be to install from media also.  For a 
network based install, I think it is required to
ask for more questions, like repo and mirror and also, the list of 
packages to install.  Also, it requires that people
have network connection to a repo/mirror.
