Since this is about migrating from JumpStart to AI, I started with the
assumptions that readers already know how to use JumpStart, are less familiar
with AI, and want to know more about AI using JumpStart as a guide.

nixed it

I believe installing additional SVR4 packages from the Solaris DVD using
JumpStart also is trivial. The difference between JumpStart and AI that I was
hoping to describe here is how to install apps that are not on the Solaris DVD
or not in an IPS repo.
