If you want to help just give specific feedback, open a trac ticket against documentation <http://trac.cakephp.org/> between the http://manual.cakephp.org/ the api stuff http://api.cakephp.org/ and the bakery http://bakery.cakephp.org/ I think it is actually pretty good. For a good 80% of the questions that get asked http://php.net is probably the best resource in any case. All I would suggest to people asking questions and seeking help, is to put in the amount of effort that you would like to get out into asking the question, show some code if you think your code needs help. http://bin.cakephp.org is built for that exact purpose. You don't need to post it in a message, and you probably shouldn't it's not great for that, formating is not reserved and it is easier to edit your posting in the bin to help you. But mainly it shows that you tried and failed to seek a solution on your own.
