Two reasons:

1. We always can use help
2. This is a community-based effort, so I don't see how pleas to the  
community to help out would be inappropriate.

You've hit upon why newbie eyes are still important contributors -  
they can tell us where things need to get stronger.

I've said it quite a few times, but let me say it again: **no one is  
too new to help out with the documentation**.

There will always be a bit of an uncomfortable learning curve that is  
a natural part of learning a new skill. If that's the frustration  
you're referencing, then that's just life :). If there's something  
*in particular* you feel could change, please log a ticket so we can  
make an effort to change things.
