There are partial truth behind the training.
Ofcourse, Vietnam did train Khmer Rogue to fight Lon Nol regime backed
by the US.
Consequently, they committed genocide in the country. Vietnamese did
not participate in that genocide.
I just want to make it clear because some people still believe that
vietnamese are all behind the Cambodian illnesses.

No matter how you want to put it, Cambodians kill Cambodians.
Even when you believe that Vietnamese are behind the killings, the
facts still show that Cambodians kill Cambodians with their own hands
in their own country.
Who should be responsible?
Soviet Union?

You can hate Vietnamese as much as you want. The facts remain the
same. Cambodians kill Cambodians with their own hands in their own
country. Consequently, Cambodia ia weaker and weaker to defend itself.
Then it would be easier for Vietnam to take over Cambodia.
THIS IS THE TRUTH.

Cambodians have been fighting each other for power in their own
country. They use other nation to help them do it in their own country
with their own hands.
THIS IS THE TRUTH.
