Dear Khemarak Kheng, Thank you very much for your suggestion. I know it's a sincere one. However I like to repeat again that I`ve never said Vietnam has always been good to Cambodia. And I like to repeat again that what I argue against is the accusation that Vietnam trained or ordered the Khmer Rouge to commit the genocide against their own people the Cambodian people. One of my arguments is, if we blame on other nations for the Khmers killing the Khmers, we send a wrong message to other Khmers that it`s ok to kill other Khmers; the message is, you`re not at fault when you kill other Khmers, it's the fault of other nations. I've not been arguing against those Khmers who hate Vietnam for other reason(s).
