I renamed it ".txt" before ZIPping it to make my normal text editor open it when I double click on it. If you un-ZIP the file and then change it to .mbox you will have the original 7mb file with the original name. BTW, if I leave it as ".mbox" and double click on it, REAL player tries to open it.
