Pure XP recommends minimizing documentation and
minimizing team size. Those two fit together.
Immediate conversations about a project, while coding,
are much more efficient than paperwork.

This puts XP out of reach of large projects, and
life-critical projects. The former might be two small
projects in disguise, but the latter should go slower
than XP permits.

To "start with XP", put your crew in one room, invite
them to pair program and write tests, and ask them to
create a new, working version every friday.
