Thanks Steven. I didn't know there was an "XP case
against outsourcing." Now that you mention it that
sounds wonderful. I am happy now.

I was just observing how many just "accept" less jobs
ergo less money and don't discuss or band together in
a way that was XP by nature. Most just ignore it or
think it will just go away.
