In the FAR, FAR future Luiz you will be right. Hopefully in the FAR, FAR future all laws from all nations will be the same and the technology will be so powerful that virtual being there will be no different then really being there.
My current gig's company has spent more money on virtual communication then I have ever seen. Sometimes I just marvel at the 5000" project hooked up to cameras that can sense movement and focus automatically, expensive desktop software that allow people to COLLABORATE (whatever that means) from all different locations. Yet, I always overhear a problem. Sometimes the technology doesn't allow them to do what they want. Sometimes it is miscommunication. And ironically, with all that equipment maybe 1% are allowed to work from home on Friday. And management even finds that difficult to grasp. I wonder how much of this is a control issue? Intimidation might not be so effective on a wall.
