Anderton and Standedge should have been left as pay per use.
Why should I have to pay for something that in one case I can't use and in
the other I am very unlikely to use as I cant get very far when I get to the
top!
I already have to pay for 1/3 of the system that is unavailable to me
Now if Foxton Plane was rebuilt and Watford locks bypassed I would gladly
pay extra for that.
