Sorry can't go with that logic. My boat is 70ft long (no northern
waterways) 7ft wide (no Llangollen) draws almost 3ft (allegedly no
southern Stratford) and has an undersized engine (no rivers). To be
really pedantic I also single hand so probably no wide canals either.
Well I just cant see the logic of no wide canals.
Having single handed for many years with a deep drafted 60ft narrowboat and
having to use the GU to get anywhere your logic defies my comprehension.
As for the Stratford, posted elsewhere is a message saying that 3ft is now
OK as it has been spot dredged to remove the bad bits.
Is it the engine that is to small or the prop?
Saw the original back half of your boat last weekend its just been sold
could have been a opportunity to reunite the two halves..................
