Thing is, compared to other forms of boating, you already have paid dearly,
when you bought a licence.
What they are doing at Llangollen is double charging. It is simply
congestion charging, and just as on the roads, affects only the less well
off.
And as has been mentioned, now the precedent has been set, watch it
spread...
