I have been following some of the emails regarding BW charging in the LLang/////.
My question is can they just do that ie start charging for what? a electric supply say if you do not want to use it or can't (cause the boats not equiped). Will they still charge you to moor there, if so its not because of the electric, that is just an excuse? Who made the decision to supply the power? did they say if we supply it we will have to charge everyone? can they legally say we want to charge you? who can make the decision?
