BW issue only one licence but it will be marked with a code if you don't
declare a mooring. Is anyone continuously cruising? Most go into marinas or
have winter moorings etc.
We have never declared that we are continuously cruising. BW keep having a
go to increase the licence and impose in my view illegal rules.
