I am not a continuous cruiser but if I was, having read the comments in
this thread which have consisted of some half remembered conversation of
30 years ago which doesn't appear to have ever been documented, an act
of parliament that failed to specify exactly how far a boat had to move
between mooring places and the almost total lack of any supervision
actually taking place, I feel that I could cruise and stop just about
anywhere I damn well chose and BW wouldn't have a leg to stand on if
they tried to enforce their 'rules' in court.

BW seem better at FUD than even Microsoft. ;-)
