We dont ram the gates ever!
 - The 6inches of push can be acheaved from stand still. We very rairly 
do that eather, as we prefer not to rush and usally have ample crew.

And i certainly do not condone the use of an atkins wedge, and never 
have myself, im sure BWB would have a fit!
