I think Mike is right, I am amazed at what some hires manage in a week 
where as others take it quite easy. Without doubt if you ask here you get 
all views. If you read some of my logs you will see some of the distances 
we cover at times, but you will also see some of the advice I offer bout 
not trying to get to Oxford and back in a week.
