That's a point of view Trevor. However, wouldn't it be better if public bodies were as efficient as Private Industry. Pblic bodies *really* are *inefficient* and don't live on this planet nor in the real world. - My experience with ALL councils I have had to deal with over 20 years! ~Allan~
