Or you could attatch it to a variable power supply and slowly wind up the volts while watching the current. If the current starts to rise then back off quick if it stays much the same then its probably got an internal voltage regulator. If all else fails read the instructions the techy bit at teh back may give an allowable voltage range regards Terry
