The one for this year is the gold licence
Anyone that buys one is bonkers......

Take a 60ft narrowboat
Gold licence this year £907
Normal licence £587
£319 extra
Month on the Thames £145 including 12% rise
Can be awkward if you moor on the K&A and want to do lots of trips but there 
are ways round that.
