Except that the market takes time to react: so an increase in the price of boating will not show through in the new boat figures for a couple of years. Some people have already noticed the way the wind is blowing. BW, however, has very little contact with boat- builders and doesn't appear to have done so. Incidentally, can someone remind me why the Treasury's unexpected, and unwanted, windfall from red diesel hasn't been pledged to BW/EA? Richard
