John & Ann commented that the access to the moorings at Hilperton are 
via steps. This is so but if you advise the manager of your 
particular needs, I am sure they will "arrange" your boat to be 
boarded near the Diesel pump. There is a ramp there (No steps, near 
the slipway,) and this acces can be used by wheelchair users. Having 
spent a lot of time in this location, I got to know the staff there. 
They are particulary helpful people. I know that they will sort 
things ot and make access very easy for you.
