Since it's in breach of licence conditions, any action for compensation
would be open and shut, I'd think.

Common courtesy says, Slow Down When Passing Moored Boats ...... I often wonder
what part of SLOW and DOWN it is, that people do not understand!! I have found
that it is the *experienced* boaters that are the most frequent to violate this
code of conduct
