I would also be concerned if he was advising them to go everywhere flat
out and not give a dam about others which could be read into some of
your posts. Of course people should moor properly just as pedestrians
should if at all possible remain on pavements, but that doesn't mean we
should advise drivers not to slow down for them if the wander onto the
road.
We all need to take care what we advise others to do.
And this is from someone who agrees with some of your views.
