If you want to go down that path, may I suggest "The World's Best Cat 
Litter" - most litters are clay based (and no good for the fire), this one 
is made from maize, and is *much more* absorbant than clay based litters - I 
have tried it, well the cats have :-)

As someone else said, I woudn't put it in a waste oil tank - these really 
are for re-cycling, and you wouldn't want to put a load of rubbish in it.
