Can anyone point me in the direction of some software which will help me get
rid of whatever is bugging my PC? It keeps freezing in IE and there is
obviously something lurking around in there :-(. As recommended on here a
while ago, I use the free version of AVG and I thought of buying the full
version but if AVG let the bug in , is it worth buying their full version?
Any advice or recommendations are very welcome. However, I just know that
there will be lots of folk who will advise me to change my browser and I may
do that in the future but I need to get my PC cleaned out first.
In desperation, I upgraded to the beta version of IE8 last night and for a
time all was well but the bug has obviously figured out how to freeze that
too :-(.
