I tried to run Housecall but I didn't get very far :-( When it was doing the 
pre check check I got the message that DEP (Data Execution Prevention) had 
closed the program. I read the instructions and tried to turn off DEP but it 
looks like you can only have it full on or part on  - there is no "off" .
