It was 15 to 2 (sounds like cribbage...) when I did the refresher in 2004, 
but changed to 30 to 2 (or 100/min - allegedly it makes little diference as 
they are not using much of the oxygen already in the blood) at the 2007 
refresher, I suspect it will alter again by the next one (2010)
