Quite. You have reminded me to about mine. I need to cancel it now I feel up to fighting them. No TV on this boat and much the better for it. Meanwhile as a legal liveaboard on a legal residential mooring I'm feeling intimidated by the tone of this debate. I think I'll leave my engine broken for a while longer and not bother visiting BW waters for another year or two. Rick
