As I said, I no longer have copies of the posts.  However, it was no
secret, at the time or since, as I told everyone I thought would be,
er, interested.  Also, our bid to create the site was unsuccessul, so
how could this bid have created a financial interest for me?  Not the
least because BW called for bids *after* it had decided to carry out
the pilot tendering scheme.

But by all means keep sharpening your hatchet.
