It is true that my barge is at my mooring, which I pay for by the
month, most of the time.  Is that what you meant?

That would have required me to be rather clever, since BW, without
warning, called for bids to produce the web site after it had made a
decision to run a tenders pilot, and thus long after I started pushing
for auctions.  Gee, I *wish* I could have talked to Einstein about the
speed of light.
