Well, I for one won't be signing up to it but, as far as Big Brother covert surveillance is concerned, can't the Government just require the mobile phone companies to release data on the phone's cell position anyway?.........or if they can't at the moment then this particular Government soon will! Of course it's all for our own good in the war against terrorism.........so that's all right then! Identity cards (at our expense) Biometric passports (at our expense) More CCTV cameras per head of population than any other country in the world Attempts to log every e-mail by forcing the ISPs to divulge the info Number plate recognition cameras And every single scheme spun as being for our own benefit.
