I have heard the term "frames" before but to be honest, I don't really 
understand it :-)  All now seems to be well with my little world - SIWA site 
is loading OK and when I press shift and 2  I get " and not a nasty 
ampersand.  The glass of red wine with my evening meal was obviously a good 
idea  as  it sorted everything out!
