It's definitely a frame - because you are using a redirect. The *basic* page is good, no frames (http://www.ann.street.btinternet.co.uk/siwa/indexsiwa.htm) But the main address is a wrapped around transparent frame (http://www.siwa.org.uk/) That's mainly what causes the problem you get - when you hit refresh, you only refresh the http://www.siwa.org.uk/ page, not the underlying http://www.ann.street.btinternet.co.uk/siwa/indexsiwa.htm page. I used to get this problem when I had a site set up like this one - the *real* other disadvantage is that search engines (like Google) rank *down* sites that are not hosted, so you never get a good rating in the search engines. (FWIW - it looks like you use Freeparking - like I used to do) I can only suggest moving your site to a proper host - it will cost a bit more (I pay £19 a year - compared with a Freeparking fee of £4.99), but you have the advantage of... 1. Getting a better Search engine placement 2. You can give people links to individual pages with you site address if you need to - the address bar will show the true page name (another reason search engines have trouble - all pages have the same name and title with a parking) 3. If you feel bold enough - you can set up a search system within the site using perl - I've done this, it works, but not too easy... 4. Direct e-mail system based on your domain name. 5. If you need to have some pages via a password for selected people - no problem.
