Perhaps the objective should have been more specific detailing the targets for 
increases in each type of boating with the main increase being "leisure" 
boating and proper continuous cruisers? 

I'm going no mail now as am off on jolly hols. Happy bank holiday cruising one 
and all and for those going to the Wendover Festival, please have a lot of beer 
on my behalf as I won't be there :-(
