BW doesn't understand the problem, either. I think they are giving the 
council misleading and ill-informed advice.

At the end of the document there are the addresses from which the 48 
comments received have been sent.
I have today found out about FIVE objections that have been sent in that 
are not listed (Steve's being one
of them!). There may well be more. Does this mean that the objections 
not listed haven't been read or
considered?

If you sent a comment in, please check and see if your address is on the 
list.
