I've tied up in the basin now - nose in, unlike everyone else as my main exit is at the bow.
Not much on the move at all today - I was followed by one boat which stopped before the narrows on the edge of town and passed maybe half a dozen others. The basin is less than half full. Again I had no significant depth problems though the flow was very strong in places. Through the two main narrows it was slower than crawling speed. Rocking the boat from side to side seemed to help a bit even if it was not touching the bottom. Have other people found this? Steve NB Bream
