Bw men set off from Apperley Yard at about 12.00 today with safety fencing to 
erect around Newlay locks then they can start work. They have to complete risk 
assements to get the kit on site down the towpath.

Still no stoppage notice from BW or Waterscape.

Hi Martin
No more news as yet. I suppose we may get an update once the staff at BW get 
round to it.
As it happened on a Friday, I didn't expect anything on Waterscape till they 
got back to work today.
I'll post on here if I hear anything more
