Amusing incident on towpath at York Way (Regents Canal) this morning. Cyclist 
going fast tried to get round workman on towpath without slowing down. 
Unfortunately there is a slight kink in the bank at the exact point and in he 
went. If he'd been thoughtful and slowed down he wouldn't have got wet.
I bet next time he will slow down.
