Whatever the rule the deaf and hard of hearing may not hear a warning however 
given.The cyclist must be prepared to stop and dismount if necessary.The fact 
is too many cyclists assume that you have to get out of their way and are often 
going far too fast for the conditions.How many of them will have insurance to 
cover them for accidents.CKP
