BW announced a while back that they wouldn't be doing the fancy
stoppage list this year, presumably so as to have money left to pay
their bonuses (see earlier thread).
You can download it from Waterscrape, or, as you have, ask for one by
post (when that's running). The download is supposed to be more up to
date. (ha)

Yeah, I thought that the ''money'' aspect would be the excuse for the photocopy
but why I have to ask rather than get as in the past is still a mystery?
