IIRC, BW brought it up at the national user group consultation meeting, at which there was quite a bit of discussion and then pretty-much consensus that electronic distribution should be the default, with (unfancy) paper copies available on request. I think the request can be made by phone. I think the money saved was quite substantial, but I can't remember a figure. Seems reasonable to me. Adrian Adrian Stott 07956-299966
