it is rather a waste of money to send a full nationwide
non-updateable glossy stoppage list to every boatowner! Especially now
that technology has given the capability to provide updated relevant
information when and where it is needed.
So, who @ BW decided that I now have a computer?
I take on board [boating pun] the 'money wasting' aspect. But will we see it
translated into 'more useful channels' I don't think so--how could we tell
anyway?
It's not beyond the bounds of possibility for BW to send an e-mail to all
licence holders ''stoppage list now available, tick box if hard copy
required?'' Or something similar.
